An application form will have been issued to the genin by their respective jounin leaders. Please remember, as a user, to fill it out by accessing it here and messaging the completed copy to Kasazuki Kanata. You may also request a text version.

The following information will have been provided to the genin upon receipt of their application forms:

"Genin are expected to arrive punctually at 0830 with or without their jounin, in room 301 on the third floor of the west administration building. Exam application forms, received from the team jounin and filled out in its entirety, will be submitted upon entrance to the building to be examined. The first exam will begin promptly at 0900. Latecomers will be admitted but placed under reduced time limits. Latecomers will be disqualified after 0910 without question. All latecomers face appropriate penalties.

Further instructions will be given to genin at 0900."

Proctors are not permitted to arrive at this time. Chuunin and jounin will be notified when their entrance permissions have been verified, with no further contributions required of them.

Any users who wish to play an actual genin (as opposed to a jounin or chuunin in disguise) is welcome to. However, these characters must also abide by the site rules as a character related to an account must. Please notify me or post here if you plan to play an actual genin. You do not have to wait for confirmation. You may play these genin on any of your accounts so long as you have headed your post with the name of the genin you are playing. If you so wish, these genin may become actual characters after the exams have concluded, though it is not necessary to keep them at whatever rank they have.

As of now, as well, any chuunin or jounin disguised as genin may also enter the roleplays. There will be no further scripting of the forums, so everyone is required to be conscious of avoiding metaplaying - as usual. Please play your disguised chuunin or jounin on their original accounts.
